Products that can be created using the roll-to-roll format include posters, banners, backlit signs, fine art, billboards, decals and vehicle wraps.

 

Rigid substrates open up markets for signs, transit advertising, exhibits and displays. The Truepress Jet2500UV handles acrylic, glass, tile, plywood, corrugated plastic and corrugated paperboard. Users can alternate between flexible and rigid substrates in minutes without incurring the cost of a second machine.

 

The Truepress Jet2500UV offers the perfect balance of speed, quality and productivity. The printing system achieves production speeds up to 366 square feet per hour. It prints on substrates up to 1.96" thick and 98.4" wide. Screen's original flexible UV inks do not crack when the printed piece is bent or stretched.

 

One reason for the superb detail in printed images is the high imaging resolution. The Truepress Jet2500UV supports a maximum output resolution of 1,500 dpi. It also incorporates drop-on-demand, eight-level grayscale printing heads. The variable ink drop technology combined with Screen's exclusive screening method enable smooth gradations for photo-quality color printing when imaging fine detail or high-density areas.
